Warmup

3 rounds follow the leader style
Deadlift 10 reps light/med/heavy as the rounds go
10 strict pull-ups
10 wall balls
200 meter run

Teams of 3

100 wall balls while partner holds top of deadlift 225/155
75 deadlifts while partner hangs from pull-up bar
50 box jumps while barbell overhead 135/95
25 burpees pull-ups with barbell in front rack

Third person on team is always running a 200 meter. Switch when the person gets back from the run.
