WARMUP
400m run

2 rounds
10 burpees
10 kb swings (workout weight)
20 double unders

WOD 1
As a team of 2 ROW 3k -- switch every 500
(if classes are huge, teams of 3 row 4500)

5 minute rest

WOD 2****
EMOM 20
Odd: 30 double unders and 10 kb swings (53/35)
Even: 12 burpees

**** This is spicy, scale accordingly so you accomplish more rounds than you miss!
