In teams of 2

3 rounds for total reps:

1 minute Max Double KB Thrusters (53/35)
1 minute Max Box Jumps (30/24)
1 minute Max Deadlifts (135/95)
1 minute Max Burpees Over the Bar
1 minute Max Clean and Jerks (135/95)
1 minute Rest

If you are unfamiliar/uncomfortable with clean and jerks, sub KB Swings.

You will have recovery time when your partner is working. That means you should be going HAM when it is your turn. Sprint. Don't stop moving until you absolutely have to or you switch.


One partner works at a time. Switch as necessary. Score is total reps.
