CROSSFIT

Class starts at 10AM and heats will begin every 15-30 mins depending on class size.  Last heat will start by 11:30 -- if you're not started by 11:30, your WOD is to go run 10 miles and do 150 burpees at home.  You will only have one barbell so scale this appropriately to have fun and work through it!
