Remember: Anyone looking to repeat (or do for the first time) Open WOD 15.2, we'll be doing it at 12pm.  Come familiar with the standards and divisions, and we'll take care of pairing you up for judging.  Please be there promptly by 12pm if you want to go!

Warm up

20 sit ups
45 second plank
15 sit-ups
30 seconds plank

1 min max doubles

WOD
With a partner, split up reps however

4 rounds 

200 doubles (300 singles) partner in plank
20 deadlifts 185/115 - partner holds kettlebell in front rack
20 KB Shoulder to Overhead (53/35) - partner holds deadlift

Active Recovery (11am)

20 pass through 
20 pass through in squat
20 pass through on stomach
1 minute handstand hold x2 with 1 min rest between 
2 sets 15 push-ups 1 minute rest

10 snatch grip push press (60% 1rm snatch)
