20 mountain climbers 
10 kb swing
10 push-up
10 sit-up 
10 squat jumps

WOD

6 stations 2 min per station, for 24 total minutes
(You'll hit each station twice)

1. Rest
2. 200 meter run 
3. 40 pushups
4. 40 sit-ups 
5. 40 kb swing 53/35
6. AMRAP Sprint Sled push down and back alternate w partner (50#/empty sled)
