Memorial Day Murph is here. Be ready to go at least 15 minutes before your scheduled heat is set to kickoff.  

First heat goes at 9am.  

if you did not signup you can still do the wod but your starting time will be based on availability.

1 mile run  

then

100 pullups  

200 pushups

300 air squats  

(breakup however) 

then

1 mile run.  

If you have a weight vest, wear it.
