**** Congrats to Rachel B on her recent engagement!

Weightlifting with Coach Joe is on this weekend at 9am but will be coached by Keith.  This session is free until Joe gets back from coaching at Nationals next week!  Keep working on that Snatch and Clean & Jerk and you can be sure Keith's impersonation will be spot on!

Also get psyched.  We are going to be running a full-on barbell club out of the gym, led by Coach Joe.  There are already a number of nationally-ranked lifters that are going to be joining the party.  Full info session will be next Saturday!

FITNESS (9am, 10am)

Warm up

200 meter run
5 strict pullups or ring rows
10 push-ups
15 air squats

100 meter run sideways leading with left
100 meter run sideways leading with right
Hold bottom of air squat for 1 minute straight 

WOD
Partner Cindy
AMRAP 20
5 pull-ups
10 push-ups
15 air squats

In pairs of two work through rounds of Cindy.  Only one person works at a time.  You can break up however you want. (i.e. I do 3 pull-ups, then you do the last 2.  Then I do all 10 push-ups and you do 10 squats, I pick-up the last 5 squats.... that would be one round)  Strategerize properly!
