Partner 1 row 500m while partner 2 does AMRAP of 10 boot straps, 5 bottom of the burpee- Switch. 12 beat swings, 12 leg swings in each direction, 10 arm circles (forward/ back/across your chest). as a group 3x 20 sec "L" hang, 10 sec break

Partner WOD

Partner WOD 25 min AMRAP- 1 person works while the other rests. 15 KB swings (53/35#), 15 Power cleans (135/95), 15 box jumps. E5MOM 5 burpees together
