MORNING CLASSES CANCELED TOMORROW (FEBRUARY 9th)

Morning classes for Thursday February 9th are canceled. We will post on social media by 3pm about the status of the evening classes.

5 Bootstraps
10 Alternating squat thoracic rotations
5 Inchworms
10 Alternating lunges
30 second side plank each side
30 sec front plank

20 MINUTE EMOM
Odd: 10-20 Air Squats
Even: 10-20 Push-Ups


Alternate movements every minute. Choose a number of reps to maintain through the entire workout.
Example: 
Minute 1: 15 Air Squats (Then rest the remainder of the minute)
Minute 2: 10 Push-ups (Then rest the remainder of the minute)
Minute 3: 15 Air Squats (Then rest the remainder of the minute)
