You may have noticed that I have not been in the gym as much over the last week or so. I wanted to reach out and give you all a heads up on why. After speaking with Dr. Sean and Dr. Jeremy extensively, we have decided that there are other opportunities for me to pursue that would make more sense for both myself and the gym. This was a very difficult decision for us all to arrive at, for myself, mostly because I am very attached to you all and love being your coach. That being said, while I won’t be coaching classes for the time being, I will still be a part of the community. You will still see me in the gym doing private sessions, working out, around town, and working on other things in the building. I’ll be focusing on spreading the word about what we do here via seminars all over the country and remotely online. I would still like to be a resource for you whenever possible. I have seen all of you progress significantly during my time here, some of you from your first day, and still value the opportunity to help you enjoy and make the most of your time at the gym. You are all in great hands and have the best, most knowledgeable, fun and helpful staff in the area. Feel free to reach out whenever necessary, but trust that your coaches are the best you will find to help you achieve whatever your fitness goals are.
I appreciate all of the trust you have placed in me over the last 2 and a half years, and for giving me the opportunity to grow while helping you grow. I have learned a great deal from all of you. More importantly, I am grateful for all the friendships that have developed during my time here as your coach, and look forward to those continuing as we step into the next phase. I consider this community to be my second family and my second home, and I don’t see that changing going forward.
Thank you all again! See you in the gym!
