All classes are modified to fit the performance needs of any person

Designed to develop proficiency in the Snatch and Clean & Jerk, whether looking to specialize in Olympic Weightlifting or looking for added expertise.

Led and programmed by our staff Olympic lifting coach

Open to all members, Saturdays from 9-10:30 AM w/ @coachjoewl

Fitness

Heart-pouding and lightweight workout that will fast track you to the health you've been looking for

1-hour coached session featuring a mix of bodyweight movements, kettlebells, and easily learned skills

Open to all members from day one, offered Monday through Friday at 11AM, and Monday and Wednesday evening at 7PM

Get in shape the best way, with your friends

Come alone or with friends and be a part of two, three, or four person team workouts

Every Sunday, and open to all members


Open Gym Policy

The gym is open to our CrossFit members, Performance Care athletes, and experienced CrossFit drop-ins. Fitness members are not privileged to use the gym at this time. The gym is available for open gym on weekdays from 12pm-4:30pm.
